Job Description

Talent Acquisition Recruiter for Field Operations at DJ's Landscape Management supports high-volume hiring across multiple regions and partners with HR and operations leaders to source, screen, and onboard candidates.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruitment for field and operations roles across several regions
Collaborate with branch leadership to align on hiring needs and timelines
Develop and sustain robust candidate pipelines
Oversee job postings, sourcing strategies, and candidate screening processes
Coordinate hiring decisions with leadership and provide support throughout the process
Monitor hiring activity and assist with reporting on core metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline activity
Keep recruiting data accurate within the ATS
Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities
Coordinate uniforms to ensure new hires are ready

Requirements

2 to 4 years of recruiting experience, with preference for high-volume environments
Experience overseeing full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles or locations
Ability to design sourcing strategies and cultivate strong candidate pipelines
Experience with applicant tracking systems and job boards, with Indeed preferred
Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with leaders
Capacity to manage multiple regional priorities in a fast-paced setting
Strong organizational skills and follow-through to meet deadlines
Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
