Job Description

Ramp is hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead critical full-cycle searches across its G&A functions. This role works closely with hiring leaders to design search strategies, develop pipelines, advise on hiring decisions, and close competitive candidates with a high-touch process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across Recruiting, Risk, and other G&A functions, from intake and market mapping through offer and close.
  • Build real fluency in the supported functions to identify signals that indicate exceptional talent beyond title, company, and tenure.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to define the hiring thesis, calibrate the bar, and translate ambiguous needs into clear search strategies and interview plans.
  • Develop proactive pipelines using market research, targeted sourcing, referrals, and thoughtful engagement with passive candidates.
  • Advise leaders with market intelligence, recruiting data, and candidate feedback to challenge assumptions and improve hiring decisions.
  • Run disciplined, high-velocity processes while maintaining a personal candidate experience and leading thoughtful closing strategies for competitive hires.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant ownership of G&A, corporate, or specialized business-function searches.
  • Experience recruiting for functions such as Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, People, or Recruiting.
  • Proven record of independently leading complex or senior-level searches from scoping through accepted offer.
  • Strong talent judgment and research instincts, including the ability to map markets, identify meaningful signals, and articulate why a candidate is likely to succeed at Ramp.
  • Credibility to advise senior leaders, challenge requirements, and influence hiring decisions through clear communication, market insight, and data.
  • Strong execution and closing skills, including comfort with AI-enabled recruiting workflows, ATS and funnel discipline, competing offers, and sensitive searches.
