Job Description
Hinge is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Staff Recruiter) to lead end-to-end hiring across Business and Product in New York, NY. In this onsite role, you will operate as a trusted talent advisor to senior leaders, combining market intelligence, structured processes, and data to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience.
What you’ll do
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor to senior leaders across Product and Business, shaping hiring strategies aligned to organizational priorities and long-term workforce planning.
- Translate hiring data, competitive talent insights, and market intelligence into actionable recommendations for talent decisions.
- Partner with leaders to anticipate future hiring needs, identify organizational gaps, and build proactive plans before roles open.
- Challenge assumptions with thoughtful perspective on talent availability and market dynamics, influencing decisions using data and expertise.
- Lead end-to-end hiring for critical and high-impact roles, supporting an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Continuously refine interview frameworks, assessment approaches, and hiring processes to improve quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Drive calibration across interview teams, establish evaluation best practices, and strengthen rigor through structured and competency-based interviewing.
- Use AI-enabled recruiting tools and automation to improve recruiter productivity, streamline workflows, and support better decision-making.
- Review recruiting metrics and funnel health to find trends, surface opportunities, and recommend improvements.
- Develop deep expertise across key talent markets, staying current on competitive landscapes, emerging skills, compensation trends, and organizational structures.
- Conduct talent mapping and succession-oriented research to help leaders understand talent pools and long-term opportunities.
- Build and run sourcing strategies across channels such as industry networks, referrals, events, and direct outreach to engage top candidates.
- Regularly brief leaders on market conditions, talent availability, and competitive hiring activity to inform workforce decisions.
- Embed inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruiting lifecycle, ensuring interviews, evaluations, and decisions are structured and equitable.
- Partner with talent communities and professional organizations to expand access to underrepresented talent and strengthen pipeline diversity.
- Champion a consistent, high-touch candidate experience aligned with Hinge’s values and employer brand.
- Act as an ambassador for Hinge by clearly articulating mission, culture, and value proposition in an authentic way.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to support employer branding initiatives and attract exceptional talent.
- Guide leaders through complex hiring decisions by balancing candidate experience, business needs, market realities, and internal equity considerations.
- Develop offer strategies informed by compensation benchmarks, internal parity, and candidate motivations.
- Build strong partnerships across Talent Acquisition, People, Compensation, and business leadership to keep the process aligned.
- Influence without authority, navigate ambiguity, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders to meet hiring goals.
What you bring
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant experience supporting Product, Business, or technical organizations in high-growth environments.
- Proven success partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions through data, market expertise, and strategic consultation.
- Ability to develop and execute talent strategies for complex or business-critical hiring efforts.
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills, including experience identifying and engaging passive talent in competitive markets.
- Expertise in structured interviewing, assessment design, hiring process optimization, and recruiter enablement.
- Experience using recruiting analytics to identify trends, solve problems, and support continuous improvement.
- Business acumen to connect talent decisions to organizational objectives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust at all levels.
- Experience leveraging modern recruiting technologies, sourcing platforms, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.

Compensation
- USD 140,000 - 150,000 per year
