Talent Acquisition Sourcer

KLA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support its global Talent Acquisition team in Ann Arbor, Michigan (onsite). In this role, you will help drive business priorities by building targeted candidate pipelines for U.S. technical, engineering, and other business-critical hiring needs.

KLA’s Human Resources team supports business success by mobilizing global talent to achieve short- and long-term objectives. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders while bringing modern sourcing approaches, including AI-powered recruiting technologies, to identify and engage qualified candidates.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct proactive sourcing to identify qualified passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Use advanced sourcing methods such as internet research, talent mapping, publication searches, patent searches, social networking platforms, and professional communities
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies aligned with business hiring priorities
• Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles across multiple geographies and disciplines
• Launch and manage candidate outreach campaigns using LinkedIn, email, professional networking platforms, and other channels
• Maintain relationships with prospective candidates to support both current and future hiring needs
• Qualify candidate interest, experience, and fit ahead of recruiter engagement
• Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience throughout sourcing interactions
• Build, maintain, and regularly update candidate pipelines for assigned requisitions
• Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, candidate engagement metrics, and recruiting outcomes
• Present qualified candidate slates to recruiting partners within agreed service-level expectations
• Maintain accurate candidate data and activity records in recruiting systems and talent communities
• Collaborate with Recruiters during intake meetings to understand requirements, market availability, and sourcing strategy
• Partner with Hiring Managers and recruiting stakeholders to align sourcing efforts with workforce planning objectives
• Support sourcing projects, talent-building initiatives, and strategic pipeline development as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Level Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Engineering, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience supporting talent acquisition initiatives for engineering and technical positions, including candidate sourcing, talent mapping, pipeline development, and candidate engagement
• Experience sourcing for engineering, software, semiconductor, manufacturing, or other technical positions
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and AI-powered sourcing recruitment tools
• Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders
• Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates through direct sourcing methodologies
• Experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Location: Ann Arbor, MI (onsite). Base Pay Range: $55,600 to $81,533 annually. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Level Degree and 0 years related work experience. Primary Location: USA-MI-Ann Arbor-KLA.
