Talent Acquisition & Workforce Specialist

Soccer Shots - Long Island West is seeking a proactive, organized Talent Acquisition & Workforce Specialist to support hiring and workforce operations across multiple markets. This onsite role in Farmingdale, NY combines full-cycle recruiting with onboarding and ongoing workforce management, alongside collaboration across departments as the organization expands into new sports programs.

The selected specialist will manage hiring workflows end to end, ensure new team members receive structured onboarding, and help maintain smooth internal communication across roles and locations.

Role Overview

• Lead hiring for coaches, interns, volunteers, VAs, and full-time staff
• Manage job postings, sourcing, interviews, and recruiting pipelines
• Run onboarding, training, evaluations, and retention activities
• Handle corrective actions and dismissals in a professional manner
• Own workforce workflow management using tools including Indeed, CareerPlug, Monday.com, and Connecteam
• Support expansion into new sports programs
• Manage communication across departments to keep hiring and workforce processes aligned

Compensation and Benefits
