Nurse Registry Recruiter

Aqua Home Care (a licensed Florida Nurse Registry) seeks a Nurse Registry Recruiter to drive full-cycle caregiver recruiting and grow an active nurse registry in Panama City, FL (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and onboard qualified CNAs, HHAs, LPNs, and RNs.
• Use job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to attract caregiver talent.
• Verify caregiver documentation to ensure compliance with Florida regulations, including:
  • Level II background checks
  • CPR
  • TB screening
  • CEUs
  • License verification
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate clinical skills, experience, and patient compatibility.
• Coordinate orientation and onboarding for new caregivers entering the registry.
• Maintain consistent communication with caregivers to support retention and engagement.
• Keep accurate records in ATS/scheduling software and manage workflow using AI tools and Google Workspace.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in healthcare staffing, nurse recruitment, or human resources.
• Experience with Florida Nurse Registry regulations is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to present and “sell” the registry to top talent.
• Familiarity with credentialing requirements and Florida caregiver background checks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and applicant tracking systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Healthcare Administration preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
