Technical Recruiter

Rippling is hiring a Technical Recruiter (Contract) to help build exceptional Engineering teams. This remote role is designed for a recruiter who can balance pace with precision, strengthen talent pipelines from the start, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. If you enjoy partnering closely with engineering leaders and using modern tools including AI, this contract position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on hiring outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Own full-cycle searches for Senior and Staff+ engineering roles, balancing speed with a strong commitment to quality.
• Build pipelines from day one through thoughtful outreach, market insight, and consistent engagement with top-tier engineers.
• Guide candidates through the process to ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive experience from first conversation through close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine talent profiles, and support effective, consistent interview processes.
• Use creative, data-aware sourcing to find high-impact engineers who are often not actively looking.
• Support Rippling’s engineering talent brand by helping make the company a compelling choice for world-class builders.

What you bring

• 5+ years of recruiting in hyper-growth tech or similarly fast-paced environments.
• 3+ years hiring Senior and Staff+ engineering talent across multiple teams or domains.
• A proven ability to build pipelines for highly specialized and hard-to-fill engineering roles.
• End-to-end full-cycle ownership including sourcing, engagement, screening, and closing.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering leaders who trust your judgment and value your insights.
• Comfort working through ambiguity, staying organized and adaptable as priorities evolve.
• High attention to detail to maintain tight, thoughtful processes and clear communication.
• A tech-forward mindset, excited to use modern recruiting tools and AI to increase recruiting impact.
