Job Description
Hybrid, part-time Talent Acquisition Manager role in Collegeville, PA supporting Assisting Hands Home Care with fast, compliant caregiver hiring and measurable retention goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for HHAs, CNAs, caregivers, and companions
- Manage and optimize recruiting campaigns on Indeed and other sourcing platforms
- Respond quickly to new applicants using phone, text, automated messaging, and scheduling tools
- Conduct structured interviews by phone, virtual, and in-person methods
- Create a warm, professional candidate experience that differentiates Assisting Hands from other employers
- Extend conditional offers and move qualified candidates through onboarding efficiently
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of applicants, interviews, hires, and caregiver starts
- Coordinate recruiting priorities with current and anticipated client staffing needs
- Track recruiting metrics: applications, interviews, offers, starts, time-to-fill, and retention
- Ensure compliance by validating background checks, health screenings, credentials, and caregiver files per Pennsylvania home care requirements
- Keep candidate records accurate across recruiting, HR/payroll, and scheduling systems
- Partner with operations, scheduling, and caregiver management to improve new-hire success and retention
- Use AI and automation tools to improve recruiting speed, efficiency, and candidate communication
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, healthcare staffing, or high-volume hiring experience
- Strong phone interviewing skills and candidate relationship-building ability
- Proven ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using an ATS or recruiting platform
- Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills
- Comfort with technology, automated communication, and AI-enabled recruiting tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results-oriented with comfort working toward recruiting KPI accountability

- Build toward 5 qualified caregiver starts per week
- Maintain approximately 16β18 completed interviews per week
- Respond to new applicants quickly and consistently
- Achieve an average application-to-placement time of 7 days or less
- Maintain 100% compliant caregiver onboarding files
- Support 75%+ 90-day caregiver retention
- Maintain a strong caregiver pipeline that supports agency growth
Preferred
- Recruiting experience in home care, home health, healthcare staffing, senior care, or a related field
- Experience recruiting HHAs, CNAs, caregivers, or direct-care professionals
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania home care hiring and credentialing requirements
- Experience with platforms such as Augusta, CareerPlug, AxisCare, Viventium, or Caribou
