Recruiter

Network Right is hiring a Contract Recruiter for a 6-month Fixed Term W2 contract supporting maternity leave. This onsite role in San Francisco, CA works in close partnership with Co-Founders and IT leadership, combining high-touch candidate care with modern sourcing and strong systems discipline. The office culture includes social events, plus onsite meals and snacks and a dog-friendly office.

You will own full-cycle recruiting across IT/Technical and G&A roles, with an emphasis on high-volume sourcing, ATS management in Ashby, and modern outbound strategies using tools such as Juicebox and AI sourcing agents.

What you’ll do

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process for a range of roles, with focus on IT/Technical tracks and G&A roles including Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
• Partner directly with Co-Founders and IT leaders to define role requirements, align on hiring strategy, and deliver regular pipeline updates.
• Build strong passive candidate pipelines using both traditional and next-generation sourcing platforms, including Juicebox.
• Design and run modern outbound programs, including building and leveraging AI agents to scale outreach and improve optimization.
• Maintain accurate data integrity and candidate tracking within Ashby.
• Provide a high-touch, empathetic and professional candidate experience from first contact through offer.

What you bring

• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within an MSP, fast-paced startup environment, or a dedicated IT/Tech recruiting setting.
• Proven experience hiring senior IT and corporate roles, plus direct collaboration with executive leadership, founders, or senior technical leaders.
• Hands-on experience using Ashby, along with proficiency in Juicebox, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability building or deploying automated outbound sourcing agents and modern recruiting tooling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for high-level cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to switch between highly technical IT roles and a variety of corporate roles.

• Compensation: $50/hr
• Type: 6-month Fixed Term W2 Contract (supporting maternity leave)
• Location: San Francisco (onsite)
• Onsite requirement: onsite 4 days a week at HQ
• Start: ASAP, early November
