IT Recruiter

Field of Talent is seeking an IT Recruiter to serve as a Recruiting Consultant, combining full-cycle recruiting with coaching for both candidates and hiring managers. This role supports consultative recruiting and helps deliver recruitment as part of Recruiting as a Service (RaaS), with a focus on building hiring relationships that hold up over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect candidates and hiring organizations through recruiting, guidance, and coaching that lead to successful hiring relationships
• Recruit, guide, and coach both candidates and hiring managers to support outcomes that work for all parties
• Operate in a consultative manner with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process
• Contribute to delivering recruitment as Recruiting as a Service (RaaS)

Requirements

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Consultative approach with both hiring managers and candidates
• Ability to think like a talent navigator
• Business acumen
• Strategic thinking, described as chess rather than checkers
• Good judgment, including sizing up talent and supporting decisions with an evidence-based interview
• Executive presence, comfortable and confident in conversations with CEOs and across a range of stakeholders
• Resourcefulness, with the ability to get things done using practical, sometimes unconventional approaches
• Tech-oriented mindset, with interest in and awareness of how AI is changing the business landscape
