Recruiter, Vehicle Software

Tesla’s Vehicle Software organization is building teams that help power advanced autonomy. As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll partner with engineering to identify, attract, and evaluate technical candidates while supporting hiring pipelines across critical vehicle software areas. The role also emphasizes a strong candidate experience, so every interaction reflects how Tesla treats people.

What you’ll do

• Build robust hiring pipelines across a wide range of critical areas, guiding candidates through the full recruiting life cycle
• Creatively source high-quality technical candidates using LLMs, X, GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, professional communities, and other niche platforms
• Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers
• Build a firm understanding of recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes
• Maintain a positive candidate experience at every opportunity

What you’ll bring

• Degree in Communications, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
• Self-starter mindset with intellectual curiosity, resourcefulness, innovation, adaptability, and comfort taking initiative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Basic proficiency with LLMs and other AI driven tools
• Previous work experience or internships in a related field is a plus

Compensation

$64,000 - $204,000 per year salary + cash and stock awards + benefits. Pay may vary based on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may include additional elements depending on the position offered.
