Job Description

Raleigh-based KEA Contracting seeks a bilingual construction recruiter and sales professional to recruit employees and drive sales.

Responsibilities

Recruit qualified construction staff for open roles.
Support sales efforts and contribute to revenue growth.
Travel within North Carolina on a periodic basis.
Demonstrate solid computer literacy and use of relevant tools.
Multitask effectively in a fast paced setting.
Operate successfully in a dynamic, fast paced industry.

Requirements

Bilingual proficiency
Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
Computer literate
Strong multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast paced industry
Willingness to travel within the state periodically
Valid driver's license
On-site work location
