Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring teams to craft sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies, balancing stakeholder expectations through deep knowledge of candidate markets.
  • Target passive, in-demand sales candidates and assess role fit by gauging chemistry and motivation rather than pushing a role.
  • Provide strategic guidance and serve as an advisor on both technical and non-technical hiring matters.
  • Develop sourcing models and plans to build technical and non-technical talent pools; create and execute strong search strategies and align job profiles with hiring managers.
  • Propose recruitment ideas and process improvements to support long-term growth; implement new processes and refine existing recruiting practices.
  • Document a clear plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
  • Conduct interviews in line with the position specification.
  • Lead or contribute to special projects and initiatives, evaluating interviewing best practices, leveraging internal talent sources, and identifying top performers for senior roles.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of technical recruiting in high-volume, high-hiring-bar environments.
  • Proven experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
  • 3+ years of passive candidate generation experience.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
  • Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflows among candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
  • 3+ years of working with CRM, ATS, or related applicant tracking software systems and analytics tools experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, InfoPath, SharePoint, etc.
