Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist
Job Description
At Iterative Health, a data-driven organization advancing clinical research and health tech, the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will help shape the company’s growth from New York, NY on a hybrid schedule. This role focuses on building proactive pipelines across operations, clinical research, and corporate functions, guiding sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and employer branding to attract top talent in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain proactive talent pipelines across operations and clinical research to meet current and future hiring needs
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent in competitive markets
- Serve as a brand ambassador, forging meaningful candidate connections and delivering a positive experience throughout sourcing and engagement
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and TA leadership to align sourcing with business priorities and workforce planning
- Cultivate relationships within healthcare, clinical research, biotech, and health tech communities through networking and events
- Lead and support employer branding across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and other channels to strengthen market presence and candidate engagement
- Oversee job board strategies to optimize talent attraction
- Represent Iterative Health at recruitment events, conferences, career fairs, and association events to raise brand awareness and nurture talent communities
- Help develop and activate the Employer Value Proposition with Marketing and cross-functional teams
- Host and attend recruiting and networking events and conferences to support talent engagement and pipeline growth
- Leverage sourcing tools, market insights, and talent intelligence to attract diverse, high-quality candidates
- Maintain ongoing engagement with passive candidates and nurture long-term relationships within key talent communities
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to refine sourcing strategies, outreach, and engagement practices
- Monitor sourcing activity, pipeline health, and recruiting metrics to enable data-driven decisions and continuous improvement
- Stay current on industry trends, talent landscapes, and emerging recruiting best practices
- Collaborate with Marketing on talent attraction initiatives and recruiting projects
- Support additional talent initiatives aligned with organizational growth and evolving business needs
Requirements
- 3+ years in sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or talent engagement
- Experience building talent pipelines and sourcing passive candidates across multiple functions
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with authentic candidate and professional engagement
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, talent communities, and recruiting tools
- Passion for employer branding, talent engagement, and candidate experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Healthcare, biotech, clinical research, health tech, or high-growth experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS is preferred

New York pay range
USD 80,000 - 110,000 per year
