Job Description

Staffing Recruiter onsite in Berea, OH, focusing on high-volume recruiting across Accounting, IT/Engineering, Office, Skilled Trades, and Light Industrial.

Responsibilities

Recruit across Accounting, Office, IT/Engineering, Skilled Trades, and Light Industrial roles.
Source candidates via calls, texts, job boards, and digital outreach.
Manage a high-volume pipeline of candidates and open roles.
Move candidates efficiently through screening, onboarding, and placement.
Partner with clients to fill roles quickly and effectively.
Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the hiring process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
Strong work ethic and internal drive to succeed.
Comfortable spending 60–70+ calls per day on the phone.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general systems.
Day Shift availability required.
Must be able to commute to Berea, OH 44017.
Relocation to Berea, OH 44017 before starting work required.
Experience with Microsoft Office (1 year) preferred.
Recruiting experience (1 year) preferred.

Compensation

Salary: USD 47,200 - 147,254 per year.
