You will support the Walmart Connect team by building proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles and managing candidate pipelines.

Run targeted sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, and job boards to develop qualified candidate pipelines.
Maintain consistent candidate communication to share updates and manage expectations through the hiring cycle.
Track requisition progress, monitor pipeline health, and escalate risks to help meet hiring goals.
Partner with hiring managers to confirm role requirements, define candidate profiles, and support internal interview processes.
Measure and track recruiting metrics while maintaining data integrity across systems to support reporting and continuous improvement.
Support internal requisitions as needed, from posting through offer acceptance.

Proven experience partnering with hiring managers to align on role requirements and candidate profiles.
Strong LinkedIn Recruiter knowledge and experience.
Expertise using ATS and CRM tools for pipeline management, reporting, and candidate tracking.
Demonstrated ability to execute targeted sourcing campaigns and sustain active candidate pipelines.
Effective communication skills to provide timely updates and support candidate experience across hiring stages.
Ability to negotiate offers within compensation guidelines and escalate risks with clear context.
Strong capability managing structured interview processes and coaching interviewers on evaluation techniques.
Commitment to operational excellence, data accuracy, and continuous process improvement.
Experience pipelining for sales organizations is highly preferred.
Workday and/or Avature experience is highly preferred.
