Job Description

Priority-1 Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to source, screen, and recruit top talent for Priority-1's open positions, supporting and enhancing the company's hiring processes. This onsite role is based in Tempe, Arizona. The position offers a starting salary of $40,000 per year plus commissions and a comprehensive benefits package. A college degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Requisition creation and candidate status management
  • Sourcing for candidates on multiple platforms including but not limited to Indeed, LinkedIn and Handshake
  • Screens and refers qualified applicants to hiring manager for interview. May provide initial screening to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements
  • Craft and update job descriptions
  • Organize candidates data in internal databases
  • Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
  • Prepare reports on new hire metrics
  • Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests
  • Provide administrative support to the Recruiting and HR team
  • Interface with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with college, university and community college placement offices as sources of qualified applicants
  • Utilize recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills
  • Assist with updating social media and company branding on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
  • Help coordinate the company newsletter to assist with branding
  • Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
  • Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
  • Excellent desk, computer, and workflow organizational skills
