Join TikTok USDS JV as a Talent Acquisition Partner in Los Angeles, onsite. You will drive tech and product recruitment through full cycle processes, strategic sourcing, and close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure top talent aligns with business goals.

Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: oversee the end-to-end hiring process for technical and product roles, including Software Engineers, Data Analysts, and Product Managers.
- Strategic Sourcing: build and maintain proactive pipelines of technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, X-Ray searches, and alternative channels.
- Candidate Experience: act as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a seamless, transparent, and positive experience from outreach through offer and onboarding.
- Stakeholder Partnership: collaborate with hiring managers and senior TA partners to understand role requirements, run intake meetings, and calibrate candidate profiles.
- Data & Operations: keep ATS data accurate and real-time; monitor funnel metrics such as outreach, conversion rates, and time-to-fill to identify growth opportunities and process improvements.
- Employer Branding & Projects: contribute to TA initiatives including university recruiting events, diversity sourcing campaigns, and referral drives.
Requirements
- 1+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally in an agency, high-tech, or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Hands-on experience sourcing and engaging passive technical or product talent.
- Solid familiarity with standard recruiting tools and platforms, including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and specialized technical sourcing boards.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions to candidates and provide timely updates to hiring teams.
