Job Description
Onsite in Seattle, WA for Amazon.com Services LLC as a Sales Sourcing Recruiter supporting AWS Go-to-Market, with a yearly salary range of USD 72,000 to 126,100.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring teams to design effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies, while managing expectations from customers and partners through a deep understanding of candidate markets
- Recruit passive, in-demand sales candidates and assess role fit by evaluating chemistry and motivation rather than simply promoting a position
- Provide strategic guidance and act as an advisor on both technical and non-technical hiring matters within the business
- Develop sourcing models and plans to build technical and non-technical talent pools, create and execute robust search strategies to attract top talent, and calibrate job profiles with hiring managers
- Recommend recruitment ideas and processes that support long-term company growth, implementing new approaches and refining standard recruiting practices
- Present a written plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process
- Interview candidates in alignment with the position specification
- Lead or participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives, evaluating best practices in interviewing, leveraging internal talent sources, and identifying top performers for senior-level openings
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of technical recruiting experience in high-volume, high-hiring-bar environments
- Experience developing candidate sourcing and closing strategies
- At least 3 years of passive candidate generation experience
