At E-Solutions IT Services Private Limited, this onsite Talent Acquisition Recruiter role in Wayzata, MN offers a competitive $45-$47 per hour and a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will lead full-cycle recruiting with a consultative, strategic approach, focusing on sourcing, assessment, and selection while delivering innovative processes and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. The role partners with business leaders, provides mentorship to recruiters, and drives diverse candidate pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Full cycle recruiting: oversee recruitment strategy sessions, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offers, compliance, and ongoing candidate communication.
- Consultation: collaborate with business leaders to improve quality of hire and supply market intelligence.
- Project leadership: plan, monitor, and execute internal talent acquisition initiatives.
- Market insights: leverage labor market data and competitive intelligence to cultivate diverse applicant pools.
- Collaboration:partner with HR and stakeholders, mentor recruiters, and act as a domain specialist.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
- Proven background in both agency and corporate recruiting environments.
- Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to drive recruitment strategy.
- Experience using market intelligence, talent trends, and sourcing tools to build quality and diverse candidate pipelines; knowledge of recruitment compliance, labor laws, and process documentation is required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open roles independently and handle complex hiring needs.
- Resume should reflect end-to-end recruitment ownership, measurable hiring success, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
