Job Description
Ameriprise Financial is seeking a growth-oriented recruiting professional for the Experienced Advisor Recruiting - Sourcing Specialist role. This hybrid position based in Minneapolis, Minnesota offers formal training, a defined development path, and the opportunity to obtain securities licenses while supporting advisor recruitment efforts. The role carries a salary range of USD 58,300 – 80,100 per year.
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact financial advisors within the assigned territory to schedule meetings with recruiters
- Partner with internal recruiters, corporate partners, and field leaders to align sourcing efforts with business needs and hiring goals
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates to nurture interest over time
- Meet lead generation goals, track sourcing metrics, and analyze data to improve recruitment outcomes
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and best practices in financial advisor recruitment
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of sales or professional experience
- Associate's degree or Equivalent Experience
