Job Description
InterSystems is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to work onsite in Boston, partnering with senior business leaders to shape hiring across engineering, sales, and corporate functions. This role carries a salary range of $77,000 to $94,000 per year and involves guiding a diverse mix of technical, commercial, and corporate searches as a strategic adviser.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement sourcing plans to locate top candidates across multiple functions.
- Establish lasting partnerships with hiring managers and executives, serving as a trusted talent advisor.
- Prepare interview panels and coordinate processes to ensure efficient, professional, and consistent interview experiences.
- Evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and potential fit, offering balanced recommendations to interview teams.
- Oversee the offer lifecycle from reference checks and compensation guidance to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with managers and senior leaders to understand business priorities, share market insights, and craft effective hiring strategies.
- Provide an excellent experience for candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and colleagues.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally spanning technical and business functions.
- Experience recruiting for sales roles and partnering with sales leadership is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Solid understanding of the technology landscape, including technical skill sets, hiring trends, and candidate motivations.
- Experience in agency, corporate recruiting, or a mix of both.
- Curious by nature with an interest in how talent drives business success.
- Able to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced, global setting.
- Committed to quality, professionalism, and delivering an excellent hiring experience.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred.
- Proven ability to use AI-powered sourcing, research, and productivity tools to improve recruiting outcomes.
