Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Temp)
Job Description
Four-month contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer role at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics North America to identify and attract top Retail and Head Office candidates and support sourcing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct research and market analysis to uncover top talent and evolving industry trends.
- Apply creative sourcing techniques to engage passive candidates and expand the candidate pool.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and motivations.
- Assist Talent Acquisition with scheduling and coordination support.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting team to design and execute sourcing strategies aligned to business needs.
- Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Maintain candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System to ensure data accuracy.
- Track sourcing metrics and provide progress reports to management.
- Stay current with industry best practices and continuously refine sourcing approaches.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably within corporate or agency settings.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job board search tools.
- Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment with the ability to pivot strategies quickly.
- Strong research and sourcing capabilities, including use of tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
