Sales Sourcing Recruiter (contract)
Job Description
Salesforce is seeking an experienced Sales Sourcing Recruiter to own the front end of the Go-To-Market hiring funnel on a six-month contract. Based in Atlanta in a hybrid setup, this role centers on building high-volume, proactive candidate pipelines and delivering qualified, assessed talent to recruiting partners in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline Architecture: develop and sustain deep talent pools for GTM roles, map competitors, identify passive candidates, and refresh pools ahead of business demand.
- High-Velocity Sourcing: drive fast-paced sourcing efforts for Sales and GTM hiring, ensuring a steady stream of qualified candidates for recruiting partners.
- Direct Sourcing Excellence: leverage advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and direct outreach to engage passive talent, especially from direct competitors.
- Navigate Ambiguity: translate evolving hiring needs into structured sourcing strategies in a fluid, changing environment.
- Sourcing Partnership: collaborate with the Talent Attraction team to hand off warm, pipeline-ready candidates and proactively apply qualified talent to multiple openings.
- Market Intelligence: act as a talent-market expert, tracking competitor hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to inform strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience (agency and/or in-house) with a proven track record supporting Sales or GTM hiring in high-velocity settings.
- In-Office Availability: must be able to work from the local office at least 3 days per week.
- Sourcing Depth: demonstrated expertise in sourcing passive candidates through direct techniques such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.
- Agility & Resilience: ability to adapt to shifting priorities and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
- Outreach Craft: strong skill in writing compelling, personalized outreach that converts passive candidates into active conversations, including cold calls and relationship-building calls.
- Market Knowledge: familiarity with technology and SaaS markets and the ability to articulate Salesforce’s value proposition to passive candidates.
- Execution: capable of managing multiple sourcing workstreams simultaneously and delivering pipeline on deadline.
- Tools: proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday ATS, Slack, GoodTime, and Google.

Compensation
Annual salary range: USD 75,000 to 142,300.
