Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting across all departments. This onsite contract role emphasizes delivering an exceptional candidate experience and advancing diversity in hiring. Responsibilities

Champion CFS Energy's operating principles and distinctive company culture
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to candidate decision meeting, ensuring an exceptional candidate journey
Execute high-volume requisitions, both technical and non-technical, across all departments including supply chain, engineering, finance, operations, and manufacturing
Build strong hiring manager relationships
Prioritize the candidate experience through stellar communication, high-touch processes, and representing CFS
Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other sourcing techniques to find top talent
Lead new manager interview trainings and Fireside Chats to discuss recruitment trends with hiring managers
Collaborate with the talent acquisition and human resources teams for recruitment best practices and company growth

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
10+ years of full life cycle recruiting including targeted outreach, sourcing, hiring manager collaboration, compensation negotiation, scheduling, closing and onboarding
Well-versed in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies, building networks within talent communities, and creative candidate lead generation
A solid understanding of recruiting metrics and how they drive performance
Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate interview stakeholders through the interview, selection and hiring process
Success at creating and executing complex recruitment strategies and techniques

Essential Requirements

Perform activities such as typing, standing, or sitting for extended periods
Willingness to occasionally travel to recruiting events, batch hiring days, hiring training events, and team building sessions
Commitment to safety to mitigate industrial hazards that may include heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, and cryogenics

Responsibilities

Requirements

Strong experience recruiting for manufacturing, operations, and engineering environments, with a focus on salaried, exempt, and professional technical roles.
Demonstrated expertise in proactive sourcing, pipeline development, and talent mapping for skilled trades and engineering talent.
Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring leaders.
Ability to listen objectively to the needs of hiring teams and candidates and translate business requirements into effective recruiting strategies.
Acts with a strong sense of urgency and accountability in managing requisitions, communications, and candidate follow-up.
Effective verbal and written communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
