Responsibilities
- Lead high-volume staffing initiatives in a fast-moving industrial environment
- Build and guide strong teams, ensure seamless shift coverage, and cultivate positive relationships with clients and associates
- Oversee daily staffing operations at the client site within a high-volume, multi-shift operation
- Maintain reliable coverage, optimize staffing metrics, and deliver exceptional experiences for both associates and clients
- Direct workforce management and drive operational excellence on every shift
Requirements
- Proven onsite staffing or workforce management experience in light industrial, distribution, and manufacturing settings
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strong computer proficiency with ATS, timekeeping systems, email, spreadsheets, and job boards
- Ability to manage multiple shifts, handle urgent staffing needs, and coordinate with teams
