Job Description
This Talent Acquisition Specialist role at Elements Solutions Inc, based in Fremont, CA with hybrid flexibility, offers an hourly range of $38 to $58.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a brand new, rapidly scaling high tech manufacturing facility
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to build and maintain relationships that define hiring expectations
- Develop unique search strategies to identify and deliver the right talent for the right roles at the right time
- Source, screen, and manage candidates through the interview process, delivering an efficient, high-touch experience from engagement to offer
- Propose alternative sourcing approaches and educate stakeholders on market dynamics
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to negotiate offers that align with budget and internal equity guidelines
- Manage vendor relationships with staffing agencies to support key business expansion
- Troubleshoot and triage recruitment workflow issues to keep processes running smoothly
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate Human Resources and/or search firm recruiting
- Experience recruiting across a broad range of corporate functions in a highly competitive market
- Technical recruiting expertise for highly technical engineering and manufacturing roles
- Proven ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and sustain pace
- Onsite commitment in Fremont, CA required; role offers remote flexibility up to two days per week, but consistent onsite collaboration is essential

- Strong knowledge of technical recruiting for engineering and manufacturing roles
- Experience working under tight deadlines and maintaining a fast pace
