Contract Recruiter

Worthington Enterprises offers a hybrid contract Recruiter role based in Worthington, Ohio. In a fast paced environment, you will lead high volume recruiting for hourly manufacturing roles, bringing bilingual candidate experience and strong data management to the team. The position pays USD 30 per hour and includes a Flexible Spending Account as part of the benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a high-volume slate of hourly manufacturing roles.
• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates with efficiency and professionalism.
• Partner with hiring managers to capture staffing needs and align recruitment plans.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking and hiring data to support decision-making.
• Utilize Excel to manage candidate pipelines and reporting.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience in both English and Spanish.

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
