Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Conduct high‑volume hiring for warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, and general labour roles
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Create and promote job advertisements
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates efficiently
• Coordinate hiring processes with clients and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
• Meet and exceed hiring targets and fill positions within tight deadlines
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience
• Full cycle recruiting experience of at least three years is preferred
