Overview
The Talent Recruiter will manage the high volume phone screening of applicants for a range of non traditional marketing roles. The position requires comfort with a fast paced setting, strong intuition for reading candidate cues, and clear communication to assess qualifications using a scripted methodology that ensures consistency and efficiency throughout the screening process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high volume phone screenings of candidates for various non traditional marketing positions.
- Follow a structured, scripted approach to evaluate candidate fit and qualifications.
- Assess candidate responses, identify key competencies, behaviors, and potential for success in the role, ensuring each interviewee is appropriately qualified.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of all candidate interactions within ICIMs, the Applicant Tracking System.
- Effectively communicate the company brand and job requirements to potential candidates.
- Multitask between screening calls, data entry, and real time status updates of candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine screening processes as needed.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and respect in every interaction.
Requirements
- Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally in phone based recruiting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly.
- Excellent multitasking abilities, managing a high volume of calls and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Experience with ICIMs or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to assess candidates and gauge their responses effectively.
- Comfort with a structured, scripted approach while remaining adaptable to individual candidate needs.
- High level of professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and meet or exceed performance targets.
- Previous experience recruiting for non traditional or specialized marketing roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
