Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Recruiter)
Job Description
Talent Acquisition Coordinator for Home Run Inn in Woodridge, IL, supporting recruiting operations across restaurants, manufacturing facilities, and corporate teams in a hybrid onsite arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience by coordinating interview processes across restaurants, manufacturing sites, and corporate teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring journey.
- Maintain timely, organized, and welcoming communication with applicants.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and collect feedback.
- Support recruiting events, career fairs, and sourcing activities.
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate background checks and other pre-employment requirements.
- Schedule new-hire orientations and onboarding activities; occasionally lead new-hire orientation.
- Help create an exceptional first-day and first-week experience for new teammates.
- Maintain candidate records in Paylocity and other recruiting systems.
- Track hiring progress and recruitment metrics to inform decisions.
- Keep recruiting materials and processes organized and up to date.
- Identify opportunities to improve the hiring process.
- Assist with employee appreciation events and recognition programs.
- Support internal communications and engagement initiatives that enhance the workplace culture.

Requirements
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of recruiting, HR, administrative, or coordination experience preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience using HR systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (Paylocity is a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
