Job Description
This remote recruiter role supports Cielo’s high‑volume manufacturing hiring initiatives. The position requires bilingual Spanish and English communication to manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition with efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Lead in depth intake sessions with hiring managers to define position specifications, sharing relevant market data and actionable recommendations.
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop and oversee recruitment marketing strategies and sourcing plans.
- Evaluate candidate profiles against job requirements, deliver strong candidate slates, and cultivate ongoing talent pipelines.
- Maintain candidate engagement by providing timely updates on progression and next steps throughout the process.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to determine offer details, leveraging market data and compensation guidelines to inform decisions.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Proven recruiting experience with successes in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
- Knowledge of common human resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
