Job Description

Recruiter focusing on food manufacturing and industrial staffing in New Jersey, onsite in Ridgefield with regional travel to New York and New Jersey.

Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, screen, and onboard candidates for food manufacturing, warehouse, and light industrial roles
  • Travel regularly to client sites throughout New York and New Jersey
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Conduct interviews and assess alignment with client needs and cultural fit
  • Track placements, attendance, and performance of onsite hires
  • Resolve candidate or client concerns promptly and professionally
  • Keep accurate candidate records, applicant tracking, and reporting up to date
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, candidates, and onsite teams
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting in food manufacturing or related sectors (Required)
  • Ability to travel to client sites in New York and New Jersey (Required)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% (Required)
  • Spanish language proficiency (Required)

Experience

  • Recruiting in food manufacturing or related industries: 1–2 years (Required)
  • Full cycle recruiting: 2 years (Required)
  • Staffing agency experience: 1 year (Preferred)
