Skilled Trades Recruiter – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Fuse Staffing is expanding across Texas locations and is hiring a bilingual Skilled Trades Recruiter for an onsite role in the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area. This position is performance-driven, with a competitive base salary alongside uncapped commission and performance-based incentives, focused on building reliable pipelines for skilled trades talent.

You will manage high-volume recruiting while keeping candidate quality consistent across skilled trades and related industries, from initial sourcing through placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for skilled trades, construction, commercial electrical, manufacturing, and industrial positions
• Build strong pipelines of electricians and other in-demand skilled trades professionals
• Handle high-volume recruiting activities while maintaining candidate quality
• Conduct phone interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, availability, and job fit
• Develop lasting relationships with candidates and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate interviews, orientations, onboarding, and job placements
• Partner with Account Managers and clients to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS
• Source talent using job boards, social media, referrals, texting campaigns, community outreach, and creative sourcing strategies
• Meet recruiting, placement, and performance goals consistently

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• 5 or more years of recruiting experience preferred
• Strong preference for experience recruiting in skilled trades, commercial construction, electrical, industrial, manufacturing, or light industrial markets
• Experience working in a high-volume staffing environment
• Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Competitive, self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruiting needs in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using an ATS or staffing software

Compensation

• Estimated total annual earnings: $90,000–$170,000
