Contract Recruiter

Winholt Equipment is hiring a hands-on Contract Recruiter to support recruiting needs during a period of growth. This is an onsite role in Allentown, PA, designed for someone who can manage active hiring work end to end across multiple requisitions.

The assignment is expected to run for 2 months, with a possible extension. You will focus on recruiting for warehouse, customer service, administrative, and operations-related positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting process for a variety of hourly and salaried roles
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
• Review resumes and conduct phone screenings
• Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain applicant records within the ATS
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist with job postings and recruiting strategies
• Provide regular updates on recruiting activity and hiring progress

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
• Experience recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, customer service, administrative, or operations positions strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Ability to work in a typical office environment

• Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
• Frequent communication via phone and video conferencing
• Occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting of office materials up to 15 pounds

Compensation and Position Details

• Job type: Contract

• Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
