Life Sciences / Pharma Contract Recruiter - Talent Acquisition

Impact Bio is bringing on motivated Contract Recruiters to support Talent Acquisition for the Life Sciences and Pharma industry. This onsite role in Princeton, NJ partners closely with client hiring managers to deliver full-cycle recruiting, strengthen talent pipelines, and keep recruiting operations running smoothly through established tools and processes.

What you’ll do

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both Hiring Managers and Candidates throughout the recruiting process
• Own end-to-end recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, telephone interviews, providing written assessments, and scheduling candidates
• Meet or exceed recruiting deadlines for assigned requisitions
• Proactively source talent using a strong industry presence and ongoing outreach
• Manage one or more requisition(s) in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate tracking
• Provide timely communication to ImpactBio Leadership, Hiring Managers, and Candidates
• Maintain required records and reporting for both clients and ImpactBio Leadership

What you bring

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2 (two) + years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within the Life Sciences industry
• Experience recruiting in the Pharmaceutical / BioTech industry is highly desired
• ATS (Applicant Tracking System) experience required
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other venues for sourcing and networking
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Excellent telephone skills
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Proficiency with computers/technology
• Strong network of industry contacts is required
