Job Description

Contract role in Minneapolis supporting full-cycle hiring across multiple business functions for a global consumer packaged goods organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own full life cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define recruiting strategies and workforce plans
  • Perform candidate research, outreach, screening, and assessment activities
  • Manage candidate relationships across the hiring process to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders on market trends, talent availability, and best practices
  • Negotiate and facilitate employment offers while maintaining a positive candidate experience
  • Drive diversity sourcing and support inclusive hiring practices
  • Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to source, track, and manage candidates
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, talent market conditions, compensation insights, and emerging sourcing techniques
  • Support employer branding by representing the organization in professional networks, industry events, and talent communities
  • Manage multiple requisitions, projects, and stakeholder relationships with strong attention to detail

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ years of progressive recruiting experience in a corporate recruiting environment, executive search firm, or staffing agency
  • Demonstrated full life cycle recruiting experience (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches, projects, and client or stakeholder relationships simultaneously
  • Experience creating and executing creative candidate sourcing strategies
  • Strong experience using ATS and recruitment technologies
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Strong business partnering, consulting, and relationship management abilities
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and provide sound recruiting recommendations
  • Experience supporting behavioral-based interview processes and candidate preparation
  • Must be local to the Minneapolis area and able to work onsite

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting for Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Data Science, Technical, or Corporate functions
  • Experience supporting diversity and inclusion recruiting initiatives
  • Knowledge of talent market trends and workforce planning
  • Experience recruiting within large enterprise organizations

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm CT
  • Monday to Thursday in office/onsite

Job Details

  • Pay: USD 35 - 50 per hour
