Contract Recruiter, High Volume

Wayfair is hiring a Contract Recruiter (High Volume) to support full lifecycle, high volume recruiting for its NA Supply Chain frontline hiring needs. This full-time hybrid contract role is designed for recruiters who can source actively, run an efficient process, and maintain a strong candidate experience while collaborating across teams. The position is based in Romeoville, IL, with in-person time required at a fulfillment center.

What you will do

• Lead full life cycle recruitment for Wayfair’s NA Supply Chain frontline positions in a high-volume environment.
• Source candidates using online sources, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Manage candidates through the process, including pre-qualifying, interviewing, and driving the offer.
• Deliver an impressive candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a well-prepared interview process, including interviewer readiness.
• Work cross-functionally and collaboratively in a culture of continuous improvement.
• Maintain effectiveness in a 4+ month contract position.

What you bring

• 1+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with high volume recruiting experience preferred.
• A sense of urgency to drive recruiting results while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize amid competing demands.
• Comfort working in a data-driven environment, using metrics to inform decision-making.

Compensation and benefits information

• The base pay range is $29 - $33 per hour.
• Wayfair notes the range may vary based on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
• This base pay is one component of Wayfair’s total compensation package, and additional compensation such as equity, bonuses, commissions, and other forms may be offered depending on the position, along with a comprehensive suite of medical, financial, and additional benefits.
