The HR Recruiter for Azurite Professional Community in Albuquerque, NM supports full lifecycle recruitment and staffing initiatives designed to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. The role covers onboarding, HRIS and talent management, employee relations, training, personnel administration, reporting, policy implementation, safety, and compliance with employment law, while collaborating with marketing to strengthen recruitment marketing and employer branding.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day recruiting operations for the organization and its subsidiaries
- Design and execute effective sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes
- Collaborate with hiring managers to draft requisitions and job descriptions, plan interviews, extend offers, and finalize hiring decisions
- Coordinate job postings, candidate communications, pre-employment screenings, offer letters, and new hire paperwork
- Support onboarding, orientation, HRIS updates, recruiting reporting, and headcount tracking
- Develop and maintain recruiting partnerships with colleges, universities, job fairs, and industry events
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, I-9, E-Verify, WOTC, MVR, and other hiring requirements
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, personnel files, and recruitment documentation
- Stay current on HR best practices, employment regulations, recruiting trends, and talent management tools
- Maintain a positive and transparent candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
- Support the company branding through social media, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and community engagement
- Perform other related duties as assigned while upholding professionalism, confidentiality, and strong working relationships
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required
- Ability to manage an HRIS or talent management system
- SHRM certification a plus
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance practices
- Excellent communication and writing skills required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug test

Salary and Compensation
Salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
