Job Description

Peak Vista Community Health Centers is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Provider Recruiter for internal candidates only. This onsite role in Colorado Springs focuses on sourcing, qualifying and attracting provider talent, partnering with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment, and building robust candidate pipelines. The position offers a competitive USD 76,897 - 111,501 per year and a chance to influence the organization’s ability to attract top healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Responsible for recruiting provider positions while helping develop and support the branding of Peak Vista as an employer of choice.
Partners with hiring managers to define requirements, sourcing candidates, facilitating and conducting interviews and selections, organizing offers.
Develops and maintains a resource rich candidate pipeline for Peak Vista openings.
Assists in building candidate pipeline for future staffing needs.
Facilitates a positive end-to-end candidate experience (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and on-boarding) and ensure it follows best-in-class practices and enthusiastically communicates the employment value proposition, reflects the brand and is an engaging candidate experience.
Proactively sources active and passive candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, community resources, networking and employee referrals.
Utilizes job boards, networks, forums, blogs, and social media to find qualified candidates. Assists with preliminary screening of candidates. Regularly follow up with hiring managers to minimize delays in the hiring process.
Creates positive relationships with all hiring managers and ensure that they are kept up to date with the status of their open positions.
Assists with preparing and monitoring recruiting metrics, analyzes data, builds upon talent acquisition analytics to provide the insight to continuously improve the recruiting marketing strategy.
Improves Peak Vista’s talent acquisition strategies related to social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
Prepares and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges/career centers etc.
Assists in creating or updating workflows and ensuring feedback is obtained from all interviewers in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software.
Assists in creating or updating relevant processes as needed for continuous process improvement and best practices.
Ability to frequently travel inside and outside of the Colorado Springs area.
Promotes and demonstrates the mission, vision, and Core Values of Peak Vista.
Develops and maintains good working relationships with all departments, the management team, medical staff, and leadership.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition (recruiting) and/or human resources experience required.
Healthcare talent acquisition experience required.
Direct experience in recruiting for one of these areas is required: Physicians, Dentists, APPs, Psychologists, Social Workers, Counselors, Therapists and/or Registered Dental Hygienists.

Fountain Comfort Group seeks a dedicated Trades Recruiting Specialist to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for its skilled trades divisions in Mission, KS, with a salary range of USD 55,000 to 65,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Source and pipeline: Identify and attract skilled trades professionals, including HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, installers, and apprentices, through direct sourcing, trade schools, military transition programs, and industry networks.
Platform management: Enhance job visibility by posting and managing advertisements on primary platforms, including Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Full-cycle recruiting: Oversee the entire hiring process from crafting engaging job descriptions and screening resumes to conducting initial interviews and coordinating offers.
ATS maintenance: Move candidates smoothly through the Applicant Tracking System (Paylocity or similar), ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Requirements

The Trades Intellect: 2+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have recruited in residential or commercial service industries (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction).
The Hunter Mentality: Proactive sourcing beyond incoming applications using LinkedIn, social media, databases, and grassroots networking to uncover hidden talent.
The Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills, able to discuss technical specifications with master technicians and convey company culture to executives.
The Organizer: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open roles across regions without letting candidates or hiring managers fall through the cracks.
