Talent Acquisition Manager

Builtech Services, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment and help ensure the right candidates are identified, evaluated, and onboarded. This onsite role in Palatine, IL focuses on sourcing, hiring coordination, offer management, and building a pipeline to support future staffing needs.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through onboarding for all roles. You will partner with hiring managers to align hiring activities with workforce requirements, coordinate interviews, support candidate progress through the pre-employment process, and contribute to long-term talent pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for all roles
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, industry networks, and employee referrals
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate alignment with core values and company goals
• Coordinate interviews with team members, collect feedback, and facilitate timely next steps
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and long-term staffing plans
• Support participation in career fairs, networking events, and digital marketing efforts
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Negotiate and extend offers
• Manage the pre-employment process, including drug and background facilitation, new hire paperwork, and onboarding scheduling

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong understanding of construction job functions and industry challenges
• Proficiency with recruiting platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

Compensation & Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: USD 80,000 - 110,000 per year
• Work Location: In person
• Location: Palatine, IL (onsite)
• Ability to Commute/Relocate: Palatine, IL 60067 (Required)
