Recruiter

The Recruiter role at Continental Secret Service Bureau is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring activities, from candidate sourcing through interview coordination and handoff. The position also requires working knowledge of talent management platforms and applicant tracking systems to support the identification and selection of strong candidates.

Role Overview

This Recruiter position in Toledo, OH is onsite and supports full cycle recruiting. Responsibilities include building candidate pipelines, conducting daily interviews, and coordinating candidate movement with hiring leadership to support timely placement. The role emphasizes effective use of talent acquisition platforms and applicant tracking systems to attract and secure exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using innovative research techniques, cold calling, and external recruiting channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct daily comprehensive interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate next steps to support securing top talent aligned with organizational and operational needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the Scheduling Manager to ensure interview-ready candidate flow for recruiting and placement purposes.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting across diverse roles.
• Strong familiarity with talent acquisition platforms such as INDEED and Handshake.
• Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing, including research-based lead generation, cold calling, and use of talent management tools.
• Experience managing or collaborating within a team.
• Excellent communication skills to engage candidates and manage relationships across all organizational levels.
• Familiarity with external recruiting strategies, including agency partnerships or specialized job boards, to broaden candidate reach.

Compensation and Location

This onsite Recruiter role is located in Toledo, OH. Compensation is USD 18 to 20 per hour.
