Responsibilities

Facilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment process for all non-Technician positions within the organization
Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate qualifications
Develop job postings and manage job advertisements on multiple platforms
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
Facilitate and guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a positive experience
Manage interview scheduling and feedback collection
Initiate all pre-screening tests and requirements
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Enhance the candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear communication
Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking functions
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate databases and reports
Stay updated on labor laws, diversity hiring practices, and industry trends
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
Internal corporate recruiting experience required
