Job Description

Based in Columbus, Indiana, First Call Direct Hire Services is seeking a bilingual recruiter to work on site. The role centers on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates in a fast-paced environment, utilizing an Applicant Tracking System and building strong candidate relationships to support a diverse range of hires.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, attract, screen, and assess candidates for a broad range of roles.
  • Draft, publish, and manage online job postings.
  • Perform phone screens and in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate pre-employment steps and onboarding logistics.
  • Keep accurate candidate records in the ATS.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Monitor recruiting activity and ensure timely follow-up with applicants.
  • Leverage recruiting tools, social media, and other sourcing methods to uncover qualified candidates.
  • Support office projects and carry out additional duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Prior recruiting or human resources experience preferred.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is highly preferred.
  • Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
