Recruiter

The onsite Recruiter role at Brink Constructors, Inc. in Rapid City, SD focuses on proactive sourcing, building talent pipelines, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Utilize sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop creative strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft effective job postings.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
• Promote the company’s employer brand through social media and professional networks.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Coordinate, attend, and participate in job fairs, recruiting sessions, and special events.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.

Requirements

• One year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best practices.
• Valid, active driver’s license required.

About this role

Location and travel

This position is based onsite in Rapid City, South Dakota. Up to 15 percent travel may be required.
