Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR)

We are seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle staffing for caregivers and healthcare staff in Eugene, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Perform phone screens and interviews for caregiver and healthcare roles
• Collaborate with site leaders and hiring managers to address staffing needs
• Advertise and manage job postings on Indeed and other recruiting platforms
• Support new hire onboarding and coordinate orientation logistics
• Contribute to improvements in recruiting processes and hiring workflows

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in recruiting, HR, management, operations, customer service, or similar people-focused roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with handling challenging conversations and solving problems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn new HR and recruiting systems
• HR or recruiting experience is helpful but not required
• Candidates with strong people skills and critical thinking ability are encouraged to apply

Compensation

Pay: $25-28/hour depending on experience

Location: Eugene, Oregon (onsite role, supports multiple sites)
