Healthcare Recruiter

Grow your recruiting impact at Scottish Rite for Children in Dallas, TX 75219. This onsite role supports the hiring of both permanent and temporary healthcare staff for Dallas - Hospital, coordinating every step from requisition through selection, placement, and offers. You will work with a range of stakeholders, help shape recruiting strategy based on workforce trends, and ensure hiring processes align with applicable federal requirements.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate the recruitment, selection, and placement of permanent and temporary staff
• Monitor requisitions for budget approval, aligned with post control
• Analyze the market for manpower trends and facilitate recruiting strategies accordingly
• Attend recruitment events
• Communicate effectively with applicants, department directors, supervisors, staff members, and external entities
• Prepare and place recruitment advertisements, associated documents, and track costs and results
• Coordinate both internal and external job postings
• Review and track resumes and applications
• Screen applications against job descriptions and qualifications, conduct screening interviews, and coordinate interviews with department directors
• Ensure regulatory guidelines are followed in all recruitment activities
• Coordinate job offers
• Coordinate utilization of agency-supplied temporary staff

What you bring

• Healthcare recruitment experience required
• Strong knowledge of current federal regulations affecting the employment process
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills
• ATS management experience required, preferably Workday
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously

• Technology: Workday, ATS
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
