Technical Corporate Recruiter

Pariveda is hiring an Experienced Hire Recruiter in Dallas to strengthen its Global Talent Acquisition Team. This onsite role partners with local and global teammates to engage technical candidates and support full life cycle hiring, with a focus on delivering high-quality matches for the business.

In this position, you will build pipelines, source talent using advanced techniques and social media, and advise directly with local executives as your client partners to meet evolving recruiting needs.

What you’ll do

• Own full life cycle recruiting in a quality-first environment where the quality of hires matters more than volume
• Attract passive and active technical talent by generating interest in Pariveda and building meaningful candidate relationships
• Partner with local and national stakeholders to build competitive intelligence, develop innovative recruiting strategies, and generate a pipeline of exceptional candidates
• Attend campus recruiting events, including career fairs, college interviews, and presentations
• Use recruiting tools, advanced sourcing methods, and social media to identify and engage talent
• Contribute to Pariveda’s long-term growth by participating in intellectual capital development and supporting training others
• Advise and interact directly with local Pariveda executives
• Solve recruiting and business problems by collecting and analyzing data and adapting to shifting business demands
• Collaborate with ambitious recruiters to develop recruiting skills
• Manage personal career growth through continuous 360-degree feedback, mentor guidance, and Pariveda’s proprietary Expectations Framework

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience recruiting technical talent
• Experience in agency recruiting or recruiting in the local market for a professional services firm is required
• Strong internet savvy, including knowledge of where to look and how to leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and search engines for research and sourcing
• Proven ability to build an active pipeline of quality technical talent through personal sourcing efforts
• Ability to quickly understand Pariveda’s purpose and mission and communicate it to candidates
• Innate curiosity to learn, solve problems, think creatively, and adapt to new challenges
• Strong attention to detail and intuition when assessing candidates against Pariveda core values and Findamentals during screening
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Compensation and benefits

• Salary range: USD 79,800 - 105,400 per year
• Transparent and Equitable Salary: range starts at $79,800 (Compensation Range: $79.8K - $105.4K)
