Talent Acquisition Specialist

Mission Critical Interior Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for its Dallas main office.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments and open roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and shape sourcing approaches.
• Manage posting of job openings, resume screening, interview scheduling and facilitation, and support selection decisions.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and other recruitment databases.
• Develop and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates using networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Support a positive candidate experience from application through hiring steps.
• Stay up to date on talent acquisition trends and recommended best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, focused on talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing techniques.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Base pay: USD 65,000 per yearly
