IT Recruiter / Sourcer

The IT Recruiter / Sourcer role supports Connect Search by identifying and engaging qualified talent for IT and technology positions. This hybrid contract position in Dallas, TX focuses on building candidate pipelines, screening and coordinating candidates through hiring stages, and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet technical hiring needs.

Role Overview

In this position, you will recruit and source candidates across a range of IT and technology roles. You will use recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems to drive an end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and outreach through interview coordination, offer support, and placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and source candidates for a variety of IT and technology positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, technical requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing tools to identify qualified technical candidates.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build pipelines of qualified IT professionals.
• Conduct candidate outreach, screening calls, and initial qualification interviews to assess skills, experience, and overall fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and screening, interview coordination, offer support, and placement.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activity, and pipeline updates within the applicant tracking system.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates in a competitive technology talent market.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate pipelines, market trends, and recruiting progress.
