Regional Recruiter

Behavioral Health Group is seeking a high-energy, mission-driven Regional Recruiter to support staffing for field-based treatment center teams. This onsite role in Dallas, TX focuses on full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for clinical and support positions, partnering closely with local leadership to keep hiring steps moving efficiently.

Role Overview

In this position, you will manage recruiting across multiple sites while coordinating with hiring leaders to understand role needs for counselors, nurses, and clinical support staff. The ideal candidate will bring 1–2+ years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience, with healthcare or behavioral health hiring experience strongly preferred. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for field-based roles, including counselors, nurses, and support staff.
• Partner with treatment center hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Post open roles, proactively source candidates, screen applicants, and present qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and help maintain a smooth, timely hiring process.
• Extend offers and facilitate pre-hire steps in coordination with HR and onboarding teams.
• Source passive candidates using job boards, referrals, social media, and local networking.
• Build candidate pipelines for high-demand clinical roles to support ongoing hiring needs.
• Maintain communication with prospects to keep candidates engaged throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring managers as a recruiting advisor, including guidance on market trends and best practices.
• Ensure hiring activities follow internal processes and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate, timely candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related systems.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience required.
• Experience hiring in healthcare, addiction treatment, or human services strongly preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills and a proven ability to engage candidates.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency using ATS platforms and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume.
